Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 to 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Onion- 4 no's (big ones)
Besan Flour- 250 gms
All purpose Flour-250 gms
Rice Flour-200 gms
Chilli Powder- Required Quantity (If you like it hot add accordingly)
Asofoetida Powder-2 Teaspoons
Refined oil-300 gms
Salt to taste

Procedure:
- Slice the onions in a longitudinal fashion
- Add all the flours,chilli powder,asofoetida and salt
- Mix well and add little water to make it into a thick paste
- Heat sufficient refined oil in a pan and deep fry the onion pakora mixture by spreading it in the oil
- Take the fried pakoras and serve it with hot and sweet sauce or coconut chutney
